We offer worldwide shipping. All commission portraits and prints are carefully rolled and placed in cardboard postal tubes to ensure their safe delivery.

When enquiring about purchasing an original artwork or commission portrait by Agnieszka Kotarska, please contact agnibarcelona@gmail.com where you will be provided with the cost of the oiginal artwork or commission portrait, as well as a quote for the shipping price (if it applies). In addition, as per the contract arranged by yourself and Agnieszka Kotarska, an approximate shipping date will be given which is dependent on the estimated drawing completion date.

 

Shipping Cost

Free shipping for commission portraits worldwide (size A3, A2) without frame.

Shipping prices are dependent on the size of the original artwork, its weight and its final destination. All these details are provided in the agreed contract.

 

Delivery

We use DHL shipping company usually.

 

Other

Limited Edition Prints Prints can be purchased via our website. All prints are rolled and are placed within cardboard postal tubes to ensure their safe delivery. We aim to ship prints within  7-10 business days.

Customs charges/import fees are dependent on the final destination of the artwork. Customs fees are based on duties, taxes, brokerage and import. This fee is not included in the shipping price provided. These fees will be assessed by the final destination country up on arrival, and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for them. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that customs charges and import fees incurred are non-refundable.

Damages

Agnieszka Kotarska is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received you order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
